Flexible Benefit Accounts – Sanford Health Plan offers Premium Conversion and Flexible Spending Accounts. These plans give your clients the opportunity to save on FICA taxes and allow their employees to pay for dependent care and certain medical expenses with pre-tax dollars. Automatic rollover is available to members with medical coverge through Sanford Health Plan. Direct deposit is available for fast claims reimbursement.
