Exercise Physiology
Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine’s exercise physiology staff provides one-on-one exercise sessions to individuals to help them achieve results and increase their knowledge of proper exercise techniques. We customize strategies for athletes and active individuals to help them reduce injury risk, optimize performance and minimize rehabilitation and return-to-play time. Additionally, as part of Sanford Health’s National Institute for Athletic Health & Performance, we have access to the latest research on training and competition challenges for youth as well as guidelines and policies for safe and appropriate exercise, training and sports participation.
