All ages who have the desire to improve their health and fitness level. Laurie specializes in integrating strength, flexibility, core stability, and cardiovascular training into a fun exciting exercise experience.

Philosophy:
As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. I will help you understand how exercise can greatly improve your overall quality of life. My goal is to encourage you to be healthy, happy, and feel great! I truly believe that life has no limits as long as we have the passion and desire to strive to be the best!

I enjoy working with clients of all ages who desire a greater level of fitness and health. I have worked with children, teens, adults with special needs, seniors as well healthy adult population.

Education: BS in Sports Science Pre-Physical Therapy, MS – Physical Therapy
